How can I track my order?
Simply click the "Check an Order Status" button on the home page. Enter your order number in the space provided and you will be able to view your order status. If you have lost your order number you may visit the "View My Account" link on the same page to access your account information. 

Why can't I purchase Mybeer in my state?
There are laws in many states that do not allow for the shipment of beer directly to a consumer. We are in the process of getting approval to ship beer in other states and we will post any updated information on our web page. We do however offer our delicious Saranac Root Beer for shipment anywhere in the eastern United States.

How long does it take to receive Mybeer?
Orders of Mybeer will be received within 10 business days. 

How does it ship?
Each twelve pack is carefully hand packed in a padded corrugated box. It is then shipped by UPS to your destination. A signature certifying that recipient is 21 years or older is required on all deliveries of Mybeer.

Is the shipping fee included?
There is a shipping fee of $6.95 per 12-pack that is added to the cost of your order. This is to cover costs of intricate shipping methods to ensure that Mybeer arrives fresh, fast, and intact. Each carton is carefully hand packed to prevent breakage.

Are there other labels to choose from?
We update some of the labels on our website to reflect upcoming events, holidays, and celebrations.  Check back occasionally to see our updated labels. Or better yet, take a shot at creating your own.  See our easy six-step process. 

Can I create a label using my own artwork?
Yes. Simply go to the custom label and upload your image and add your own text.
